CCM was established in late 2008 and emerged from dialogue between police and community regarding the escalation of gun & knife related violence.

We are an integral part of an overall strategy designed to address serious violence. The aims of our organization seek to both facilitate a cessation of violence and provide a pathway for those who wish to exit this culture to do so.
